The Invitation (June, 2008)
Ah, summertime! A time to relax on the beach, rejuvenate in the garden and generally enjoy all God’s creation. Why not also use this summer to build your trust in God? While lying on that lawn chair, why not resolve to start practising giving control of your life to God? Start by contemplating these five characteristics of God: love, peace, all-inclusive, abundance, and well-being. The Spirituality Group has designed The Trust Project for a summer spirituality theme/challenge. We hope all of you will take time out of your busy summer to relax and think about your trust in God and how you can build more trust into your lives.
