The Social Action and Outreach Committee is sponsoring a program with the Ottawa Police Service focusing on <b>Distraction Thefts and Online Scams </b>that are targeting seniors.

Ottawa Police have seen an escalation in distraction thefts, including reports of violence, and online scams, including scammers impersonating officers via email or fake "bank investigator" calls, resulting in significant financial losses.

Join us on <b>Wednesday, February 25, 1:30-3pm</b> and learn how to protect yourself and others.
