Food Bazaar: Baking, deli items, including frozen soup and turkey pie, jams/jellies, pickles and relish, take-out tea (sandwiches, squares and a tea bag!). Payment is with credit card only.
Pick-up: Saturday, November 6, 2021, from 10am to 4pm


Surnames beginning A to D:  10am to 11am
Surnames beginning E to J:  11am to noon
Surnames beginning K to O:  noon to 1pm
Surnames beginning P to T:  1pm to 2pm
Surnames beginning U to Z:  2pm to 4pm AND ALL THOSE WHO COULDN’T MAKE DESIGNATED TIME

If you cannot pick up your order on Saturday, November 6, PLEASE advise Nancy McPherson at or 613-737-7339 before the 6th to make other arrangements. Otherwise, your order may be sitting indefinitely in Beecroft foyer, defrosting!

Jams/Jellies/Pickles and Relish-Makers: We’d love to get a few jars of your home-made goodies to sell in November. Call Heather Bennett to arrange pick-up or drop-off.

Bakers: Call Nancy Begg-Durkee to arrange pick-up or drop-off before October 31. November 1 to 4, baking can be dropped at Rideau Park between 4pm and 6pm, or by pre-arranged time. Baking inventory in online store will be updated daily, Monday through Friday, by 9am. If possible, a call to indicate what and how much you plan to bake would be appreciated. Please label baking as to allergens like nuts, or if goods are gluten-free.

Take-out Tea: Call Cathy Hollands about providing squares for the take-out tea. Squares that are NOT frozen must be delivered to the church by 3pm Friday, November 5. Check first, please, because a limited number of teas is being prepared.
