Rideau Park’s Christmas Cheer program provides assistance to 150 families each year, half
receiving a hamper and half PC gift cards. The cost per family ranges from $60 for one or two
people up to $135 for a family of seven or more. The total budget required to carry out this
program is $15,000. There is a core committee to organize and process the recipients but many
volunteers are needed on December 20 to pack and deliver the hampers. If you can assist please
