TAI CHI Tuesdays (*new!) will be offered 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. starting January 21 ending Tuesday, April 7. Tai Chi Wednesdays 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. start on Wednesday, January 21 ending Wednesday, April 1. This is Yang style meditative movement and Qigong work to increase energy. Excellent for men and women. There will be 11 classes Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Cost is $8.00/class for the session ($88.00) $10.00/class for drop-in. Yoga Wednesdays, Excellent for women and men it offers mindful movement and stretch for a happy body and inner peace. Class times: 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. starting January 21-April 1. YOGA Fridays, starting January 10, ending March 27, 2020. There are two classes to choose from: 9:30 a.m. is Gentle YOGA to get your body moving, increasing balance, strength and flexibility in a gentle, mindful practice. At 10:45 a.m. is CHAIR YOGA to gently deepen your breathing, improve balance, and flexibility. A perfect practice for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, past injuries or balance issues.
