SUMMER YOGA Wednesdays, starting June 26, ending August 28. There are two classes to choose from: 9:30a.m. is MAT YOGA to get your body moving, increasing balance, strength and flexibility in a gentle, mindful practice. At 10:45a.m. is CHAIR YOGA to gently deepen your breathing, improve balance, and flexibility. A perfect practice for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, past injuries or balance issues. SUMMER TAI CHI Wednesdays, will be introduced on Wednesday, June 12 ending Wednesday August 7. Class times: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be 8 classes: $8.00/class for the session ($64.00), $10.00/class for drop-in.
