RPUC Knitting Group

8-Week Yoga Journey: Root to Rise

Class description Root to Rise: An 8-Week Yoga Journey Explore thematic movement in an eight-week yoga series. Each week combines mindful movement and breath work with themes of grounding, strength, compassion, expression, intuition and connection. Natalie’s approach emphasizes choice, curiosity and compassionate body awareness. The final week brings the practices together through integration and reflection.
