Please attach a
detailed budget
for the project/event, and specify the amount you are requesting. Include the names of other sponsors or sources of funds, and the amounts they have committed to the project as well as a projection of any funds to be raised through fees, sales of items, etc.
Please provide the committee chair with a copy of this application. The application should be submitted electronically to both the Church Administrator, administrator@rideaupark.ca, and the Chair of Council, council@rideaupark.ca.The final report on the project will be presented to Council by this committee chair or their designate.
