Rideau Park moved to a new governance model in February 2020, which was a combination of traditional and new committees. During the pandemic, most of the committees have continued to function and meet via Zoom. We appreciate all their efforts but in these times more volunteers with new ideas and ways of doing things are always welcome.

The ongoing work of the congregation is undertaken by a number of committees. Click here to view the Terms of Reference for Committees.

These committees are always in need of volunteer help. If you can offer some of your time, please contact the committee chairs. Their names are listed below and linked to their email address.

Description of Committee Purposes

The ongoing work of the congregation is undertaken by a number of volunteer committees and groups, each of which needs sitting members, as well as volunteers. Most committees report to Council though liaisons in one of three streams – Programs, People and Resources. Council also has seven members at large who offer oversight on spiritual aspects and secular business and will from time to time be assigned to working groups for special projects.
