Are you looking to give this Christmas season? The Christmas Shoebox Program could use your support. Rideau Park has a goal to provide 147 wrapped shoeboxes or seasonal gift bags filled with thoughtful items for the children and youth who use the services of Banff Avenue Community House in the Ledbury community. We still have a few boxes to fill, particularly for kids 6-15. Shoeboxes and information sheets will be available in Beecroft Hall during coffee hour on Sunday, November 26. Monetary donations are also appreciated for those who are unable to fill a physical box. The Christmas Shoebox Program runs until Sunday, December 3, 2023.
