Public, Intentional, Explicit Inclusion of 2SLGBTQIA+ People – PIE Day (also known as National Affirming Day) is held every year on March 14.
Why call it PIE Day?
Pie = Deliciousness!
Pi = Ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter. The result: an infinite number, starting with 3.14.
PIE = One way of measuring how inclusive we are to Two Spirit and LGBTQIA+ people.
Public. Intentional. Explicit.
Pi Day = March 14: 3.14
Rideau Park will be celebrating on Sunday, March 15 after the Sunday service.
