Nearly New Thrift Sale and Used Book Sale

The spring Nearly New Thrift Sale and Used Book Sale is on Friday, April 17 from 6pm to 8pm and Saturday, April 18 from 9am to 11:30am. Items for sale include gently used clothing, accessories, linens, costume jewellery, fabrics, toys and second-hand paperback fiction at great prices. Please bring your own bags.

It’s the ideal time to declutter, reduce, reuse and recycle. Bring in your gently used clothing, fabrics, linens, tablecloths, place mats, shoes, purses, jewelry, bedding…and take the opportunity to refresh your own wardrobe. Bring in your finished paperback fiction, and pick up your summer reads at the book sale.

• Drivers are needed to deliver bags of clothing after the sale.
• Volunteers are needed in the Used Book Sale.

Donation Drop Off Days

• Thursday, April 16 from 8am to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm
• Friday, April 17 from 9am to 12pm

The Nearly New Sale is a bi-annual event, spring and fall, and is a fundraising and outreach event made possible by the United Church Women of Rideau Park and their friends. This is a great chance to reuse and recycle clothing.
