Orange Shirt Sunday

Orange Shirt Day, September 30, is an opportunity to reflect on the legacy of residential schools, to honour the resilience of Indigenous peoples and to affirm a commitment to the idea that every child matters. On Sunday, October 2, you are invited to wear orange to church. Our guest speaker is Kaitie Jourdeuil. Kaitie, a member of Rideau Park, is a PhD student at Queen’s University. She will help us explore the language and issues of reconciliation.
