We are offering many ways to keep fit this fall, 2023; choose from our in-person classes! You can call the instructors or the church office (Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm) at 613-733-3156 ext 229.
50+ Fitness with Faiza: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 9am-10am starting Sept 19, 2023. Our certified seniors’ fitness instructor will be back to lead you in cardio, stretching, and strengthening routines suitable for all levels of fitness. Chair Yoga: Thursdays at 10:30am starting Sept. 7, 2023 – This class will gently deepen your breathing, improve balance, and flexibility. A perfect practice for those with arthritis, fibromyalgia, past injuries or balance issues.
