50+ Fitness with Faiza: Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 9–10 a.m. starting Sept 27. Our certified seniors’ fitness instructor will be back to lead you in cardio, stretching, and strengthening routines suitable for all levels of fitness. 10-week session, options for 1 or 2 classes per week at $10 per class. CANCELLED for fall session – Gentle Movement (Feldenkrais® method) with Michaela: Wednesdays 11 a.m. starting Oct 5. New to us but familiar to Southminster United, Michaela brings a physiotherapy background to her specialty movement class. Feldenkrais® is a learning method to increase physical and mental awareness through mindful movement. It leads to improved coordination and overall wellbeing. Chair Yoga – Thursdays 10:30 a.m. starting Sept 15 – This class will gently deepen your breathing, improve balance, and flexibility.
