Meets every Monday (expect on holidays) from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM for socialization… and some knitting. Open to all ages. Contact Doreen Hamilton for more information.

Some of our handbell players will be holding a drop-in practice on Tuesdays from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM during the summer months. Is open to all; including new players.

We are starting a drop-in ladies’ coffee time at Rideau Park on Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. It will run through the summer, starting July 8. For more information, contact Wanda or drop in when you can.

Join us as we explore how different religions describe the problem, the solution, techniques for moving to the solution, and those who lived this path from problem to solution. Wednesday evening, 7:00 to 8:30 PM Eastern time,  July 8- August 26/26.  Please register with the admin office. Books are available for purchase from the office for $12.00/book.

Tai Chi is on Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM in Beecroft Hall. These classes are tought by Eduardo Molon, an instructor with ‘more than 25 years of experience practicing and teaching’ (Eduardo Molon).
