Scout Sunday, February 19, 2023. Members of Scouts Canada hold special activities on or around February 22 to promote their movements and celebrate the birthdays of Scouting founder Robert Baden-Powell and his wife, Chief Guide Olave Baden-Powell. The 28th Ottawa Scouts will join the Rideau Park United Church congregation for a service on Sunday, February 19, starting at 10am.
